I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, with ultra-clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was extremely helpful. The location was perfect for me as it was very close to the beach and in the center of the city, making transportation easy.

Great location close to tourist attractions with comfortable beds and clean rooms. The friendly staff was always willing to lend a hand when help was needed. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including room service, that's perfect for Easter vacation.
Although we appreciated the good service offered by Souzanya, we faced some issue with the check-in. There was a big party taking place during our stay, which made it incredibly difficult to relax and enjoy our holiday.

Great location and nice price for the area. Close to the sea and local shops. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever possible. The rooms are spacious and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the good selection of food. The air conditioning works well to keep the room cool during hot days.
There were a few parties in the rooms near us which made it difficult to sleep at night. The noise levels were very high and inappropriate for a family holiday.

The hotel had a great location as it was very close to the railway station and shopping area. It was in the center of the city and easy to get to Araku valley from there. The room was very clean and modern, with comfortable beds and plenty of TV channels. The bathroom was a good size and had hot water. The staff were also friendly and quite helpful, and the breakfast was okay.
There were occasions when our room was not replenished with tea/coffee/milk/water, causing inconvenience.
